29 CFR 1910.253(b)(2)(iv): Valve protection caps, where cylinders were designed to accept caps, were not always in place, hand-tight, except when cylinders were in use or connected for use: At 818 Lone Star Drive, O Fallon, Missouri, specifically inside of the Garage and Work Shop, acetylene and oxygen cylinders were stored together along the east and south walls of the building. Valve caps for both were not in place. Employees were exposed to serious struck by hazards should these cylinders fall on to the concrete floor and the shut off valves break off. This violation was noted on 09/24/19.
