29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(x): Flexible cords were not protected from accidental damage, as might be caused for example, by sharp corners, projections, and doorways or other pinch points: Argos USA LLC, Doraville, GA - Throughout the facility flexible extension cords were used for equipment power application in areas where they could be damaged by moving vehicle or equipment, exposing employees electrical shock hazards, on or about April 10, 2019. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
