29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which described how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200 paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training would be met. On or about June 25, 2019, North side of an electrical pole, the employer did not develop and implement a hazard communication program for employee(s) utilizing a weed killer containing hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to diethylene, thiadiazol, and dichlorophenol in the field when servicing electrical poles.
