29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exits routes were not maintained to provide free and unobstructed access: The employer does not ensure exits are free from obstruction. This violation was observed on or about May 30, 2019, in the overhaul shop, an exit was blocked with material, exposing employees to struck-by hazards. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure exits are free from obstruction.
