On or about March 4, 2019, at the tank battery, employees worked at tanks to install ventilation piping and the employer did not develop a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present which included but were not limited to the following: Crude oil (flammable) in oil and gas production water Fiberglass (irritant) SWS-9115 (oxidizer, corrosive) DS8014 Part A (irritant) DS8014 Part B (corrosive) Propane (flammable)
