29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1): Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): a) The Post, SN: 593- On or about June 7, 2018, and at times prior to, the employer did not ensure that the nip points on a traversing motion pulley system were guarded. Employees engaged in the manufacturing process were exposed to hazards including but not limited to being caught in moving parts while walking from one side of the machine to the other and operating the equipment.
