29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On or about 5/15/2018 at 1298 Old Alpharetta Highway Alpharetta, GA, where the employer expects workers to fight incipient level fires workers were exposed to smoke inhalation and burn hazards where portable fire extinguishers were identified as: a. in the warehouse, the fire extinguisher adjacent to the rear bay door was not visible in that it was blocked by pallets. b. in the warehouse, the fire extinguisher was blocked by the blue wrapped pallets. c. in the warehouse, a fire extinguisher was not hung, resting on the floor
