29 CFR 1915.112(b)(1)(i): Employer did not ensure wire rope and wire-rope slings have permanently affixed and legible identification markings as prescribed by the manufacturer indicating the recommended safe working load for the the angle upon which it was based. On February 6, 2018, at the Slip, Yard 1, Employees used a wire rope for pulling a vessel without the identification markings to indicate a safe work load, exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
