29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: a. On or about January 21, 2018, in the pipe shop along the west wall, the conductor entering the panel box supplying power to the welder was not protected from abrasions, exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard. b. On or about January 21, 2018, on the south side of the fabrication shop, the conductor entering the panel box supplying power to the welder was not protected from abrasions, exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard. c. On or about January 21, 2018, in the middle of the fabrication shop, the conductor entering the panel box supplying power to the welder was not protected from abrasions, exposing employees to an electrical shock hazard.
