29 CFR 1910.215(b)(3): Bench and/or floor stand grinding machinery had angular exposure of the grinding wheel periphery and sides for safety guard(s) which exceeded 125 degrees where the work required contact with the wheel below the horizontal plane. On or about December 6, 2017, and times prior thereto, in the Shop Area where employees were exposed to a struck-by and caught in hazard when operating a 12" Baldor, Model 1216W bench grinder without side guards installed.
