29 CFR 1910.1052(k)(1)(ii): In classifying the hazards of MC at least the following hazards were not addressed: Cancer, cardiac effects (including elevation of carboxyhemoglobin), central nervous system effects, liver effects, and skin and eye irritation. On or about 12/2/17, the employer had failed to communicate the potential health hazards of methylene chloride to employees that utilized methylene chloride during tank cleaning and preparation.
