29 CFR 1910.272(m)(4): The employer did not implement procedures in the grain handling facility for the use of tags and locks which would prevent the inadvertent application of energy or motion to equipment being repaired, serviced, or adjusted, which could result in employee injury: A.) Barrett Farm Supply, Inc., dba Red Bank Mills - On or about 9/19/17, and at times prior thereto, employees were performing servicing and maintenance on equipment that included, but was not limited to, the corn cracker. The company did not develop and implement a lockout/tagout program.
