29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in cabinets, boxes, and fittings were not effectively closed: At 6910 Front Street, Barnhart, MO 63012, specifically inside of the Maintenance Shop, one dual receptacle box had a missing knockout. This box provided electrical power to an overhead heater. This violation was observed on 08/22/17.
