29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, or uprights did not bear on base plates, mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: a) Lot 31- Outside- On or about August 11, 2017 and at times prior at Rosshandler Rd, Suwanee, GA 30024. Employer did not ensure that a fabricated framed scaffold was properly supported. The scaffold was missing baseplates and mudsills and screw jacks were used directly on the dirt without mudsills, exposing employees to struck by and falls.
