29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding were not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, in-going nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: At 9832 Evergreen Industrial Drive, St. Louis, MO 63123, specifically inside of the Maintenance Shop, the Wilton Vertical/Circular Sanding Machine, m/n 4200A, s/n 04070695, was unguarded. The vertical portion of the sander measured approximately 6"W X 9.5"H. The circular portion of this sander measured approximately 12" in diameter. This violation was observed on 07/18/17.
