29 CFR 1910.1025(g)(1)(i): The employer did not provide, at no cost to the employee, and ensure that the employee used appropriate protective work clothing and equipment that prevented contamination of the employee and the employee's garments, such as, but not limited to coveralls or similar full-body work clothing. a) On July 19, 2017, eWorks Electronic Services, Inc. did not provide and ensure that employees assigned to disassemble Cathode Ray Tube monitors who were exposed to lead, used protective work clothing such as coveralls that prevented lead contamination of the employees' garments.
