29 CFR 1910.184(e)(1): Alloy steel sling(s) did not have permanently affixed durable identification stating size, grade, rated capacity, and reach: a) Ammo Dept., on or about 5/3/17: Chain sling at the Bullard vertical turret lathe had no identification tag indicating size, grade, rated capacity and reach. b) Weld Shop, on or about 5/4/17: Three alloy steel chain slings had no identification tags indicating size, grade, rated capacity and reach. Abatement certification must be submitted for these items.
