29 CFR 1910.119(j)(4)(i): The employer did not perform inspection and tests on process equipment a.) KC Midstream Solutions, LLC, 101 Queen Creek Rd, Endeavor, PA - On or about January 11, 2017, and at times prior thereto: employees were potentially exposed to fire and/or explosion hazards in that, the employer had not conducted inspections and tests on process equipment including, but not limited to, 200,000 BTU fired heater, pressure relief valves, the 30,000 gallon hydrocarbon storage tank, or associated piping.
