29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): At this establishment, specific lockout tagout procedures that clearly and specifically outlined the procedures to be used to control the potentially hazardous energy such as compressed air, electricity and hydraulics during maintenance and servicing operations on the air compressor: Instance a. Top Notch Chairlift - On or about September 20, 2016, the employer failed to implement and enforce an energy control procedure specifically designed for the chairlift systems to ensure that all energy sources were located, isolated, locked/ tag out prior to allowing maintenance procedures to begin. Instance b. Flying Yankee Chairlift - On or about September 20, 2016, the employer failed to implement and enforce an energy control procedure specifically designed for the chairlift systems to ensure that all energy sources were located, isolated, locked/ tag out prior to allowing maintenance procedures to begin.
