29 CFR 1910.219(d)(1): Pulley(s) with part(s) seven feet or less from the floor or work platform were not guarded in accordance with the requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): On or about August 16, 2016: a. On the east side of the wood planer where employees were exposed to a caught-by hazard while working near the wood planer feed motor without guards to cover four belt pulleys. b. On the west side of the wood planer where employees were exposed to a caught-by hazard while working near the pineapple roller drive assembly without guards cover six belt pulleys. c. On the east side of the wood planer where employees were exposed to a caught-by hazard while working near the tilt hoist stacking stick conveyor motor without guards to cover two belt pulleys. d. On the south side of the wood planer where employees were exposed to a caught-by hazard while working near the wood planer discharge conveyor without a guard covering lower portion of the conveyor belt pulley.
