29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: In the electroplating facility at 175 Progress Avenue Springfield, MA: On or about May 18,2016, the employer had not developed or maintained a written hazard communication program for the electroplaters, polishers, wastewater operators and maintenance employees who handle and work with a variety of hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to, Trichrome corrector, Chromic Acid flakes, Lead and Copper and Zinc Oxide fumes.
