29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On and before April 11, 2016, the portable fire extinguisher at press 14 was not mounted or properly located and identified. The fire extinguisher was on the southwest side of the steps, on the floor between the steps and an electrical panel.
