29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed, implemented or maintained at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g) and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met: (a) Ark Woodworks Inc, at 878 Baseline Place, Brighton, CO: On and preceding 4/4/16, the employer had not developed, implemented or maintained at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g) and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met. Employees performed carpentry, laminate countertop fabrication, and spray finishing tasks. The employer had not developed a written hazard communication program related to hazardous chemicals in their work area, including but not limited to the following: 1. Sherwin Williams Sher-Wood Water Conversion Varnish; 2. Lacquer thinner; 3. Wood dust; 4. DAP Plastic Wood; 5. DAP Crack Shot; 6. WilsonArt 950 adhesive; and 7. Propane.
