29 CFR 1926.65(b)(1)(ii)(C): The written safety and health program did not incorporate a site-specific safety and health plan: (a) On and after 01/18/2016, at GE Power, Building 5, areas 3 East and 4 East, for the laborers removing debris by hand and using HEPA vacuums and mercury vacuums to remove hazardous materials such as, but not limited to, elemental mercury, soil contaminated with mercury and wood contaminated with mercury. The employer provided a 2012 generic safety program which was not a site-specific. No Site-Specific plan was implemented from the initiation of work at the site.
