29 CFR 1910.332(b)(1): Employees were not trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertained to their respective job assignments: a.) Edge Plastics, Inc. located at 449 Newman St. Mansfield, OH 44902; On or about December 18, 2015, the employer did not assure employees were trained in and familiar with electrical safety related work practices before verifying zero energy on plastic injection molding press #16. Employees were required to perform work on 480V equipment and were exposed to electric shock and arc flash hazards.
