29 CFR 1910.38(b): An emergency action plan was not in writing, kept in the workplace, and available to employees for review: The employer does not ensure a written emergency action plan is kept in the workplace. This violation was observed on or about November 25, 2014, at the facility, where a written emergency action plan was not kept in the workplace or available to employees for review. Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taking to create a written emergency action plan.
