29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2): While an employee was exposed to contact with parts of fixed electric equipment or circuits which were deenergized, the circuits energizing the parts were not locked out or tagged or both in accordance with the requirements of this paragraph (b) of 29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2): a) 145 Towery Road in Guntown, MS - On or about October 1, 2014, the buss plug disconnect to the gang rip saw #1 did not have a written Lockout/Tagout procedure that included among others; the deenergizing of equipment, application of locks and tags, and verification of the deenergized condition for performing the task of removing the feeder wires from the saw.
