29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iv): The employer did not certify that employee training has been accomplished and is being kept up to date. The certification shall contain each employee's name and dates of training: (a) Atlas Metal & Iron Corporation at 100 Umatilla St., Denver, CO 80204: On or before September 5, 2014 the employer did not certify that an employee that worked inside the SIERRA baler to unjam metal had been trained in the energy control procedures for the equipment. This condition exposed the employee and other employees to crushing hazards. (b) Atlas Metal & Iron Corporation at 100 Umatilla St., Denver, CO 80204: On or before September 5, 2014 the employer did not certify that employees that operate the Harris baler had been trained in the energy control procedures for the equipment. This condition exposed the employees and other employees to crushing hazards.
