29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iii): The measures employees can take to protect themselves from these hazards, including specific procedures the employer has implemented to protect employees from exposure to hazardous chemicals, such as appropriate work practices, emergency procedures, and personal protective equipment to be used; At the time of the inspection the employer had not trained employees on the proper personal protective equipment to be used when working with the following chemicals; a. Ecolab Cir-Klenz b. Ecolab Equipment Sanitizer c. Valient Catalyst d. Enforce LP e. Exterminator f. Formaldehyde g. Exterminator h. Bulletproof Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation. The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful. The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with the citations.
