29 CFR 1926.1101(h)(1)(i): Respirators were not used during all Class I asbestos jobs: a) On or about 20 June 2014, the employer did not ensure that their employee conducting demolition work in the cafeteria and removing pipe thermal system insulation (TSI) containing 5-35% chrysotile asbestos, used respiratory protection, thereby exposing them to the hazards associated with asbestos.
