29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: On or about July 9, 2014, and at times prior thereto, in building 1, on the south side of the shop, employees used a 2 receptacle gang box attached to flexible metal conduit that was hanging from the ceiling. The gang box and flexible metal conduit was not installed according to NFPA 70E and listing and labeling requirements exposing employees to electrical shock and fire hazards.
