29 CFR 1910.24(h): Standard railings were not provided on the open sides of all exposed stairways and stair platforms: a) Staircase from first to second floor - The stairs leading to the second floor office did not have standard railings on all open sides exposing employees to fall hazards while using the stairs, on or about February 20, 2014. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
