29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. On or about October 25, 2013 employees of Rene Nava Masonry were exposed to fall hazards while working at heights exceeding ten feet without having been provided any means of fall protection.
