29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) Plant, Molding Machine #4, aisle - The power cable for the 44 in. galvanized air circulator was frayed in proximity of the male plug, and was partially covered with electrical tape. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
