29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): (a) 820 Highway 7 North in Holly Springs, MS - On or about April 30, 2013, the live terminals inside the control panel for the mixer had a damaged cover and was hanging down, exposing employees to live electrical parts. (b) 820 Highway 7 North in Holly Springs, MS - On or about April 30, 2013, the PP-3 circuit breaker panel outside quality control room was missing a cover plate and exposed employees to live electical parts;. (c) 820 Highway 7 North in Holly Springs, MS - On or about April 30, 2013, live electrical parts were exposed in the LC electrical panel.
