29 CFR 1910.253(e)(5)(iii): Hose connections did not comply with the Standard Hose Connection Specifications, 1957, Compressed Gas Association: a. On or about October 1, 2012, in the maintenance shed near the asphalt manufacturing area, the oxygen acetylene set had water hose clamps on the gas lines, exposing employees to explosive hazards.
