29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): The clearance between scaffolds and power lines shall be as follows: Scaffolds shall not be erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they or any conductive material handled on them might come closer to exposed and energized power lines. a) Jobsite - 2000 Parrish Street - The clearance between the tubular welded scaffold and the energized power line was less than 10 feet. An employee contacted an energized line while hoisting a bucket of mortar mix on or about 4/30/12.
