29 CFR 1910.335(a)(2)(ii): Protective shields, protective barriers, or insulating materials were not used to protect each employee from shock, burns, or other electrically related injuries while that employee was working near exposed energized parts (a) 11130 King Drive, Franklin Park, IL - On or about May 4, 2012, the employer did not provide protective shields, protective barriers, or insulating materials to protect employee from coming in contact with energized parts. A piece of cardboard was placed over the live bus bars to prevent contact.
