29 CFR 1910.119(j)(4)(iii): The frequency of inspections and tests of process equipment to maintain its mechanical integrity, was not consistent with applicable manufacturers' recommendations and good engineering practices, or more frequently determined to be necessary by prior operating experience: Building 235, Trains 3 and 4: a) Inspection of intake flow meter FSL-0520-01 was last conducted on 09/10/09, not consistent with the 6 months frequency established by the employer as good engineering practices. On 11/10/10 it was determined that the flow meter was to have been inspected on 03/10/10 b) Inspection of exhaust flow meter FSL-0550-01 was last conducted on 09/16/09 not consistent with the 06 months frequency established by the employer as good engineering practices.
