29 CFR 1926.752(e): A site-specific erection plan was not developed by a qualified person and be available at the work site. On or about February 23, 2012, the employer did not develop a site-specific erection plan for the construction site where employees were laying light-gauge, steel trusses approximately 70 feet long on top of two elevated Sunbelt scissor lifts to move the trusses to the East end of the building, exposing employees to an 18 foot fall hazard. Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that when employer elects, due to conditions specific to the site, to develop alternate means and methods that provide employee protection in accordance with 1926.753(c)(5), 1926.757(a)(4) or 1926.757(e)(4), a site-specific erection plan be developed by a qualified person and be available at the work site.
