29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: At the work site located at 2401 Southwest Parkway St. Joseph Missouri: Employees were exposed to inhalation, ingestion, and dermal chemical hazards. The employer did not compile and maintain an accurate, up-to-date list of hazardous chemicals with their associated SDSs used at the Southwest Parkway worksite, which includes but is not limited to corrosive and flammable chemicals such as Spray Wand Cleaner and powder coats.
