29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access: a- 919 Sicklerville Road, Sicklerville NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 10 feet 5 inches & 12 feet 2 inches, when accessing to and egressing from a residential structure's exterior wall top plates using a portable aluminum extension ladder whose side rails did not extend at least 3 feet above the exterior wall's top plate. Observed on or about 04/03/25.
