29 CFR 1926.452(c)(2): Frames and panels were not braced by cross, horizontal, or diagonal braces, or combination thereof, which secure vertical members together laterally, and automatically square and align the vertical members so that the erected scaffold is always plumb, level, and square: At the jobsite located at 9701 W. 53rd St. N., Maize, KS 67101, employees engaged in masonry activities were exposed to fall hazards of 13 feet 1 inch in that the tubular welded frame scaffold was not fully braced to keep the scaffold square and plumb, to secure and to prevent the collapse of the scaffold in the following instances: a) On the second column from the right on the third tier, cross bracing was missing on the front side closest to the entrance of the building. b) On the second column from the right on the second tier, cross bracing was missing on the inner side.
