29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1):Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with paragraph (b) or (c) of this section. At 3641 Tower Ridge, Cape Girardeau, MO 63701, on March 6, 2025 and at 5415 Flatrock Trce On February 4, 2025, employees were exposed to struck by and engulfment hazards due to no adequate protective systems utilized when employees were in the excavation.
