29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: At the worksite located at N Topping Ave, Kansas City, MO 64120 employees were exposed to fire, electrical shock, and electrocution hazards while working in a grain handling facility. Employees were using multiple extension cords plugged into one another to power sump pumps to remove excess water in the basement.
