29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: Location - Active forklift lane / pedestrian walkway outside of curtain entry to Auto Bake and Packaging adjacent to warehouse. On or about 1/8/2025, a powered industrial truck (PIT) operator was operating an electric pallet jack backward through a doorway and not looking in the direction of travel when the operator sustained an injury that resulted in an amputation.
