29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a. On or about January 29, 2025, the employer failed to ensure that employees in the Coil Room, who were exposed to injurious corrosive materials such as, but not limited to, 3M Scotchkote Electrical Coating FD were provided suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body within the work area for immediate emergency use. b. On or about January 29, 2025, the employer failed to ensure that employees in the Paint Room, who were exposed to injurious corrosive materials such as, but not limited to, Polane Machine Tool Finisher Primer-Sealer Gray, Polane T Polyurethane Enamel Carbide Black, Industrial Wash Primer Green, and Wash Primer Catalyst Reducer were provided suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body within the work area for immediate emergency use.
