29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1):Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a). In the plant, on the back wall: On or about January 28, 2025, the employer exposed employees to fire and electrical shock hazards, in that, the front of electrical panels were obstructed by grinder work benches and other miscellaneous equipment. b). In the manufacturing plant: On or about January 28, 2025, the employer exposed employees to fire and electrical shock hazards, in that, the front of electrical panels were obstructed work tables and other miscellaneous equipment. c). In the welding area: On or about January 28, 2025, the employer exposed employees to fire and electrical shock hazards, in that, the front of electrical panels obstructed by grinder work benches, tools and propane cylinders on a dolly.
