At the worksite, located at 3543 NE Tenth Pl Cape Coral, FL 33909- BLDG 2 Front side; On or about 12/17/24; the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that employees were conducting stucco operations on a newly constructed apartment building approximately 10 ft, while handling scaffolding materials from 2nd levels of an apartment building with n fall protection system in place.
