29 CFR 1910.426(c)(2): A standby diver was not available while a diver was in the water during mixed-gas diving: a) South of Duke Island near Sisters Island- 54�51.270' N 131�17.350' W - F/V Dive Master - On or about October 2, 2024, employees conducting a mixed air supplied diving operation, were exposed to safety and health hazards from diving emergencies in that the employer did not have a stand by diver while divers were using mixed air.
